Stanford freshmen Cole Sprout and Devin Hart finished ninth and 10th overall in the men's 8-kilometer yellow race at the Battle Born Collegiate XC Challenge at Craig Ranch Regional Park in North Las Vegas. Sprout clocked 23:23.6 and Hart ran 23:24.4 to lead five Cardinal scorers in the top 12, as Stanford placed second overall against Northern Arizona by a 20-48 margin.
